It's fair to say that Rob Brixey's wife pampered their bulldog when he was a puppy. Elvis was born with a cleft lip and for the first few months of his life, he had to be bottle-fed. Over time, Elvis grew into his own and became "very strong, energetic, and physically active." Nowadays, Elvis resides with a veterinary technician who helped birth him. Brixey notes that the technician had always wanted a white bulldog.
Elvis' mother Patches only gave birth to the one puppy, but she certainly had her hands full. As you can see below, Elvis is quite the rambunctious bulldog. He's very vocal with his mother but also quite tender.
