This happy couple is not so quietly celebrating their upcoming nuptials by declaring that their "bastard dog" will become legitimate next month. Loveabullisa, an Instagram page, is dedicated to their lovable foster dogs, but mostly Meaty, a Pitbull who thinks he's a baby.
While most dogs are happy to snuggle on the couch, join their parents for runs on the beach or play fetch, Meaty prefers wearing pajamas, being held while mom cooks dinner, and playing the ham in front of the camera.

Meaty entered Lisa Reilly's life shortly after her senior bully passed. "I saw Meaty's photo on the Fresno Bully Rescue Facebook page and just got this feeling that he was 'the one.' " Lisa wrote in an essay to PetCo recounting how she fell in love with Meaty. But love was not without its headaches. Meaty needed time to adjust to his new life and would often throw himself onto the ground during walks, refusing to take another step.
But Meaty was not the only new love in Lisa's life. Two days before bringing him home, Lisa had gone on a first date with Joe. "(Joe) became responsible for carrying 65 pound Meaty home from his protestations on those first few walks," and soon became dedicated to training and working with Meaty.
In the months that followed, Meaty's personality began to shine, and Lisa and Joe's love deepened. The happy couple includes Meaty in all of their daily adventures from meal prep to Netflix binges. Cooking with a 20-pound toddler is hard enough, try dishing up dinner with a heavy dog breathing down your neck!
This charming dog is popular enough to have garnered more than 25 thousand followers on Instagram. When you check out this photo of him in his jammies, it's not very hard to see why! The happy grin on his face is enough to make anyone fall in love.
If a dog in pajamas doesn't warm your heart, you may need to rent out Elsa's ice castle! Meat's fun personality doesn't need to be dressed up in pajamas, just check out that adorable photo face!
Having played such a pivotal role in the beginning of their relationship, Joe had to include Meaty when he proposed to Lisa. Sneaky dad trained him to hold items on his nose and put him to work snagging the woman of his dreams. Bow tie? Check. Diamond ring? Double check.
Meaty's also a good big brother. Even Bitty loves Meaty, sharing a few "love bites" during cuddle time.
Patient as ever, Meaty likes to be just like mom and carries his pal Dapper in a side over-the-should bag. Despite his willingness to assist, Meaty looks like he's had enough!
If you've ever tried taking photos of four kids at once, you know there's always one that's won't cooperate. Bet you can't guess which kid is refusing to cooperate in the photo below! Sometimes, you just have to take what you can get!
When he's not flopping out on photos and carrying his brother around, Meaty enjoys chilling with dad around the house. This silly pup is a gentle giant. And doesn't want one of those around?

"From day one (and date two) Joe has loved Meaty and been a huge champion for the fat little brown dog. I thank dog every day for these two who bring so much love, joy, and comedy to my life!" Lisa wrote on Instagram to celebrate their 2-year anniversary, and jokingly commented "I think he's only marrying me for Meaty" in her essay to PetCo.
...but look at that face. Could you blame him?
